Here at North of the River Family Labs, our mission is to be an ethical, genuine Labrador Retriever breeder in good standing while promoting this great breed by maintaining their health status, unique nature, temperament and characteristics.

We strive to provide top quality dogs, with a focus on excellent health genetics, temperaments, daily hands on attention, love and affection. Resulting in a great dog/puppy that’s ready for any home!

OUR GAURANTEE: We do everything we can to ensure that the Labrador puppies we sell are healthy in every way possible. Having stated that, our puppies are guaranteed to be in good health and have a great disposition and temperament at the time of sale and to have had all age-appropriate vaccinations and wormings. We microchip all our litters at 6 weeks of age and register all litters born through AKC (American Kennel Club). Also, to assure good health in our litters, our adult breeding dogs have been OFA (hips and elbows) tested and EMBARK DNA and health tested. We guarantee all our puppies health until the age of two.

CONTRACTS: At the time of each sale, we the breeder, discuss (in person) the sale contract and health records of the puppy and require signature(s) of the buyer(s), that they agree to the terms of our contract and that the payment has been paid in full at the time of pick up.
